Clusters of vibrant crimson blooms burst upward against a soft, silvery sky, layered with looping marks, scattered dots, and playful splatters that feel like energy building beneath the surface. Cool turquoise florals weave between the reds, creating contrast and rhythm, while tall green stems stretch toward the light.

Textured modeling paste adds depth and dimension, giving the blossoms a raised, tactile presence, as if they’re pushing through the last chill of winter. The background carries a quiet shimmer, grounding the bold color with softness.

This painting is about that restless moment before everything turns. When the days get longer. When you start looking at the snow like, “Okay… we’re done now.” When hope begins to bloom whether the ground is ready or not.
