Fiddling Around

Playful, winding forms of layered green leaves spiral and curl across a bold, radiant background that shifts from golden yellow into fiery coral. Inspired by fiddleheads in the springtime, those tightly coiled ferns just beginning to unfurl. This piece captures that feeling of new growth, fresh energy, and everything waking back up again.

There’s a rhythm to it, like movement without a destination, just the joy of following the path as it unfolds.

Built up with textured paste and finished with a hint of green metallic, the leaves catch the light in subtle flashes, adding dimension and a little wink of shimmer as you move around the piece.

This one feels curious… exploratory… like the quiet magic of early spring when things start stretching toward the light again.
