Two enormous violet blooms stretch beyond the edges of the canvas, their petals charged with deep purple, electric blue, hot pink, and fine flashes of metallic gold. Wavy lines, tiny dots, and stitched-looking marks race across each petal, while dimensional centers add another unexpected layer of color and texture.
Behind them, the garden practically vibrates. A field of saturated pink is tangled with turquoise stems, coral and orange buds, bright green marks, and loose vertical lines that seem to crackle upward through the flowers. There’s nothing particularly quiet happening here & that feels entirely intentional.
Volted in Violet is about being fully charged. About the jolt that comes when color, energy, and possibility all hit at once. About plugging into whatever makes you feel most alive and letting yourself run at full voltage.
Comes framed, ready to hang.
Created in my Anchorage home studio.
